Handling and reducing the oscillation has critical importance for audio components to reach the best performance. When we put the audio machines together into a complex system the resonances can cause high distortion and acoustic feedback. The resonance frequency can change as the device’s weight and rigidness is changing. It is very important for the High-End audio and home cinema equipments – in the interest of better performance – to make one united audio chain with the stabil and rigid rack system. The correctly planned and positioned rack or rack system is critically important in the eduction of the sophisticated electroaccoustic components.
rigid framework:
The vertical and horizontal pieces of the rack, their united rigidness and the using of the absorber layer between the connection points is the perfect method to decrease the oscillational energy on each floor.
We created the Pillartech Audio ZEUS HiFi rack to have extraordinarily rigid vertical and horizontal rack system elements that has the highest decreasing power and to absorb the waves of vibration.
The leftover oscillation energy leaves the rack at its flooring stage where the spikes has the smallest connection points with each other. We can achieve the perfect formation with using three or four vertical, modularly variable holder systems at one time.
To decrease the oscillations within, we use absorber at the meeting pont of the horizontal and vertical pillar modules (ZEUS, GRAVITY). The extreme rigid 40 millimetres long horizontal and vertical structure has statically perfect abilities over against the vibration of the audio components. The modular setup of the ZEUS rack allows to create unique formation in the distance between the shelves, or at GRAVITY rack, to make unique supplements in the skeleton.

The direction of the oscillation flows from wide surface to the narrow surface, from low-pressure (the widest point of the spike) to high-pressure areas. Taking notice of the aforementioned geometrical connection’s advantage, we use spikes to separate the device’s floors and to educt the whole rack system from the flooring. Hereby we use it for the maximum eduction and reduction of the oscillational energy (ZEUS PRO , GRAVITY PRO, GRAVITY BASE).
