Modularly expandable High-End audio rack
The Pillartech Audio GRAVITY HiFi rack is an audio isolational system that ensure the HiFi and High-End device’s full isolation from each other and from the vibrations that is originated from the floor. It is typical for the shape designing to have a really rigid framework system and shelves that divided from each other by cones. All of the rack elements have double isolation segments (cone + absorber) at each level and thanks to this, it is entirely abates the accoustic devices own vibrations, so minimizing the interference between the shelves.
Fundamental conception is to be able to build it up modularly. It includes the opportunity for modificate the shelf-to-shelf distance. The rack adapts easily to the changings of the system configuration. By enlarging the distance between the shelves the electromagnetic interactions of the used audio components are minimizable.

At the horizontal framework of the rack three cones ensures the isolational support of the shelves. The minimal contact surface between the cones and the absorber material that is fixed into the perunal girdle at the underside of the shelves highly reduce the vibrations. Thus the system can stop the accidental undercarriage noise or the impact on devices of harmful oscillational energies that arrives from air.
The stability of the framework is ensured by a pillar system fixed on three points. The 40 mm diameter solid aluminium alloy (perunal) modules are fabricated at hundredth of a millimeter accuracy taking advantage of CNC technology. They are made at the lowest possible tolerance border in the CNC machine and get their final shape by thread grinding. It’s advantageous parameter that the thick aluminium alloy pillars are not magnetizable and compared to the steel it has better vibration damper abilities.
Depending on the quantity of the pillar modules the distance between the shelves can be positioned by 1 cm, 5 cm, or 10 cm.
At all of the vertical and horizontal connection points absorber material is intended which continues to reduce the moving of the mechanical energy, thus maximalizing the isolation.
The shelf element of the rack is extraordinarily rigid, 40 milimetres thick, has perfect acoustic features, contains high quantity of binder material in the wood composite made at the lowest possible tolerance border in CNC machines.
The floor spikes are supporting the whole framework system while they minimize the meeting point with the floor. With the fixing screws the system gives the option to set the framework precisionally.
The audio rack is later reconfigurable and it is expandable by ordering the additional elements of the module system and the horizontal framework and shelf system.
